Contact us about a booking

If something goes wrong, tell your guide promptly so we can try to resolve it during the tour. For a written complaint, email us with your booking reference, departure date, a clear description, relevant documents and the solution you request. Keep a copy of your correspondence. Do not send complete card numbers or security codes. We will review the circumstances and respond using your contact details.

Booking information and cancellation

Before paying, review the departure date, price, deposit, balance, inclusions and booking conditions. A general 14-day online withdrawal period must not be assumed for dated leisure or accommodation services: legal exceptions and, where applicable, package-travel rules may apply. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting contractual term. Contact us about the rules for your particular booking.

ANPC consumer complaints

For Romanian consumer-protection information and complaint routes, use the official ANPC website. Follow the authority’s instructions and provide the trader details, evidence of your transaction and previous correspondence. A link on this page does not submit a complaint automatically.

Alternative dispute resolution: SAL

You can consult the official ANPC SAL portal for eligibility, procedure and submitting a request for an out-of-court resolution. First try to resolve the matter directly with us. Acceptance and participation depend on the competent body and applicable procedure; this page does not promise that every dispute will be accepted or that we are bound to participate in every scheme.

The former European ODR platform

The European ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints. The European Commission now provides information through Consumer Redress in the EU and its list of dispute-resolution bodies. We do not direct customers to the discontinued ODR complaint form.

Other remedies and privacy concerns

These routes do not remove your right to contact a competent authority or court. Cross-border consumers may also seek information from the European Consumer Centre in their country. Personal-data complaints are addressed separately in our Privacy Policy, including contact with ANSPDCP.
